Enemies in Body Weight Reduction

If you wish to reduce your body weight successfully you will have to fight the following Enemies which are deadly against your motto of “Body weight Reduction”.

ENEMY NO 1:- SUGAR / SWEETS
Unutilized Carbohydrates and Sugar will get deposited causing increase in weight.

ENEMY NO 2:- COFFEE/TEA
Caffeine in any form will be against weight reduction.

ENEMY NO 3:- DAIRY PRODUCTS -MILK /CURD/BUTTER/CHEESE/GHEE
Dairy products are basically animal fat/Saturated Fat and consumption of milk and dairy products will increase the body weight.

ENEMY NO 4:- JUICES
Fruits/Vegetable juices of any fruit or vegetable will increase the body weight.

ENEMY NO 5 :-RED MEAT/MUTTON /BEEF
Meat being rich in Proteins and Saturated Fats will increase the body weight.

ENEMY NO 6:- PORK
Pork is having the highest Saturated Fat which will increase the body weight.

ENEMY NO 7:- CHICKEN/POULTRY PRODUCTS/EGGS
Chicken and Eggs being rich in Proteins and Fats will increase the body weight.

ENEMY NO 8 :- MILK SHAKES
Milk being the highest unsaturated animal fat will increase the body weight with
the added Sugar.

ENEMY NO 9:- SOFT DRINKS
The Sugar in the soft drinks will induce weight increase, as against some people’s misconception that by taking soft drinks the food intake will reduce and the body weight will decrease.

ENEMY NO 10: ALCOHOL DRINKS
Even though most of the alcoholic drinks are having less carbohydrate, the appetite stimulation by alcohol leads to higher intake of high calorie food which will increase the body weight.
