Job Opening-Officer- in Karnataka Bank Limited

Karnataka Bank Limited invites applications for the Posts of Officers(Scale-I) to be posted in their branches all over India.

Educational Qualifications:-

  • Post Graduate -Degree or its Equivalent Degree in any discipline, excluding PG Diplomas
  • Graduate- Degrees in Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, Law with experience at Bar
  • CA/ICWA

Age:-

Not Above 30 years as on 01st October 2009 (Candidates born on or before 01st October 1979 need not apply)

Age relaxation of upto 5 years may be given by the bank for SC/ST Candidates

How to Apply:-

Filled in Applications in prescribed proforma should be sent on or before 14th November 2009 to:-

Along with the duly filled in application in the prescribed proforma Demand Draft favouring “ Karnataka Bank Limited” as applicable payable at Mangalore should be enclosed.

Application Fee:-

  • for SC/ST Candidates -Rs 150/-
  • for other Candidates- Rs 250/-

Selection Procedure:-

Selection will be based on a written test scheduled tentatively on 03rd January 2010, Sunday afternoon at:-

  • Bangalore
  • Chennai
  • Delhi
  • Hyderabad
  • Kolkkata
  • Mangalore
  • Mumbai

Selected candidates from the written test will be called for Interview for the final selection.

No Travelling Expenses or any other allowances are payable for attending either the written test or the interview.

The approximate Gross Salary on Appointment on a probation for one year will be : Rs 16,500/- and other allowances and perquisites.
