To prevent Stroke we have to drink Tea.

Regular doses of Tea prevent buildup of fatty deposits on artery walls and tea suppresses appetite and keeps the pounds from invading.

Green tea is good for our immune system.

To have good sleep we may use honey as a tranquilizer and sedative.
For Asthma we can eat Onions. Eating onions helps ease constriction of bronchial tubes. 
Onion packs placed on our chest, help the respiratory ailments and make us breathe better. 
For Arthritis we can eat fish. Salmon, tuna, mackerel and sardine fishes prevent arthritis, as fish has omega 3 fatty oils, good for our immune system.
Bananas will settle an upset stomach.
Ginger will cure morning sickness and nausea.
For Bladder Infection we can drink Cranberry juice. High-acid cranberry juice controls harmful bacteria. 
Bone fractures and osteoporosis can be prevented by the manganese in pineapple. 
Women can ward off the effects of Premenstrual Syndrome with cornflakes, which help reduce depression, anxiety and fatigue.
Oysters help improve our mental functioning by supplying much-needed zinc.
We can clear up cold and stuffy head with garlic which also lowers cholesterol.
A substance similar to that found in the cough syrups is found in hot red pepper and we can use red pepper for cough. 
But we have to use red (cayenne) pepper with caution as it can irritate our tummy.
For Breast Cancer, we can eat wheat and cabbage helps to maintain estrogen at healthy levels.
For Lung Cancer, we can eat dark green and orange vegetables. 
A good antidote is beta carotene, a form of Vitamin A found in dark green and orange vegetables.
For Ulcers, we can eat Cabbages. 
Cabbage contains chemicals that help heal both gastric and duodenal ulcers.
For Diarrhea, we can eat grate an apple with its skin, let it turn brown and eat. 
Mono unsaturated fat in avocados lowers cholesterol.
Olive oil has been shown to lower blood pressure. 
Celery contains a chemical that lowers pressure too.
The chromium in broccoli and peanuts helps regulate insulin and blood sugar.
We must eat plenty of fish,as fish oil helps prevent headaches. 
Ginger reduces inflammation and pain.
Kiwi: Tiny but mighty. 
This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, Vitamin E &fiber. 
It’s Vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.
Apple has a low Vitamin C content and has antioxidants & flavonoids which enhance the activity of Vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack and stroke.
Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits and protect the body from cancer causing, blood vessels clogging free radicals.
Eating 2 – 4 oranges a day will help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent and dissolve kidney stones as well as lessen the risk of colon cancer.
Water melons are composed of 92% water, and packed with a giant dose of glutathione which helps boost our immune system.  
They are also a key source of lycopene – the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are Vitamin C &Potassium. 
Guava is high in Vitamin C and also rich in fiber which helps prevent constipation.
Papaya is rich in carotene, which is good for ur eyes and also good for gas and indigestion.
Tomatoes are very good as a preventative measure for men, keeps those prostrate problems from invading their bodies.
