Karnataka Bank Limited has invited applications for Clerical Posts to be posted in their branches and offices all over India.Last Date for Applying:07th November 2009.Qualifications:-

• Graduate Degree in any discipline

• Computer Knowledge and /or Knowledge in Type-writing & Stenography

Age:-

Not more than 28 years as on 01st October 2009 (Candidates born on or before 01st October 1981 need not apply)

For SC/ST Candidates will have age limit relaxation of five years subject to production of recent Caste Certificate in the Central Government prescribed format for the purpose.How to Apply:-

Applications neatly written or typed on A4 sheets in the prescribed proforma should be sent in an envelope subscribing “Application for Clerical Post” to the following address along with Demand Draft favouring “Karnataka Bank Limited” payable at Mangaore for Application Fees(Non-Refundable) as applicable:-

Selection Procedure:-

Selection will be based on a written test tentatively fixed to be held on 03rd January 2010 Sunday,morning/forenoon at the following cities :-

• Bangalore
• Chennai
• Delhi
• Hyderabad
• Kolkata
• Mangalore
• Mumbai

Selected candidates from the written test will be called for an interview for final selection for appointment for a probation of six/nine months at an approximate gross salary of Rs 9000/- and other allowances and perquisites.(The Salary is under revision)

No allowance, traveling expenses or any other expenses will be paid for attending both the written test and the interview.
